My husband blood pressure has been running 164/102 lightheaded dizziness and bad headache what should we do?

See doc 4 treatment: High blood pressure can cause chronic headaches and poses significant risk for heart attack and stroke, as well as eye and kidney trouble if not treated. Since he is having symptoms, i would strongly recommend seeing doc as soon as it is feasible. In the meantime, reduce salt and redmeat intake, and stop smoking if he is a smoker. See doctor ASAP: Before it is too late. He maybe having a stroke, aneurysm or just stressed out from work .Not sure if this is sudden onset or has been there for awhile. Regardless he needs to be checked so he can be treated early to prevent a bad outcome. Need to modify diet, low salt, exercise, stop smoking , if he is and plenty of rest , slow down a bit.
