Itchy nipple: Hard to say what it's from, but itchy and irritated nipples in guys can happen from the rubbing of fabric, especially if you work out a lot and get sweaty. If it doesn't look infected then i tell my patients to try a Hydrocortisone cream and use for a few days. If it's not improving with otc meds then i usually like my patients to come in and get seen to make sure we're not missing anything.
