What can help me not always be tired?

Always tired: That depends upon finding out why you're always tired and addressing the cause. It might be due to too little or poor sleep, medical problems (like thyroid disease, heart disease, autoimmune disease, infections, etc.), stress, depression, anxiety...The list goes on! the first step to finding help is to see your doctor so he/she can figure out what os going on - and proceed from there. Good luck!

Exercise & eat well: Funnily enough, you will have more energy if you get regular (3-4 times a week at least) exercise. You also need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, high fiber, low- fat overall diet. If you are doing this, limiting your alcohol intake toleo more than 2 drinks a night, and getting regular sleep but still feel tired, go see your doctor.
