ADHD: It may be. Ad/hd can lead to inattention to bodily rhythms and signals which the night before could interfere with sleep and subsequent fatigue. Ad/hd medications also cycle through the body quickly, many feel low mid-day. There is some evidence, though the scientific jury is still out for the new disorder manual, that there is a distinct sluggish or lethargic subtype of ad/hd. Call your doctor.
