I have small red bumps on my arms and belly my side's and in the middle of my fingers. and they itch a lot. what could it be and what to help.

See below : Could be a contact allergy, insect bites, contact dermatitis or inflammed angiomias (due to scratching). Treatment includes otc anti-inflammatory creams, moisturizers, or sarna lotion. Contact a dermatologist for further information and diagnosis.
