Yes: Your symptoms are quite common during early menopause, but you certainly need to be evaluated at least yearly by your pcp or ob/gyn, particularly if the bleeding increases or become more frequent.

Yes: Yes, it is normal, but would get gyn exam to make sure. You may need endometrial biopsy.

No: 37 is young for menopause so it may not be that. If it is, it is not unusual for your symptoms. See your doctor to be sure it is not something else.
