Why i am still having bleeding after menopause? i haven't had a period for about 14 months and assumed i was going through menopause, but now i am having some spotting and bleeding again. should i call my doctor?

Yes : Yes you should. Cessation of bleeding for 12 months is menopause. To start bleeding again after this is a change in pattern. Please let you gynecologist know.
