Clogged tear duct.: Most likely a clogged tear drainage duct. It may be from allergies, virus, or simple mucus plug. It also may be more serious such as a dacryocystitis and may need antibiotics to treat. Start with warm compresses and time, unless there is redness, swelling, or pain.
