Almost all of them!: Research shows that vitamins a, b complex (esp. B6, B12 & folic acid) c, d, e & k all enhance immune function. Bioflavonoids and minerals like zinc are also important for immune function. I highly recommend the book the road to immunity by kenneth bock md for a detailed holistic approach to the use of diet, nutrients, herbs. Mind-body techniques and other approaches to boosting immunity.
