Reboot: Depends on what you eat in that meal. You will need to cut out fatty foods rich in animal protein. You will need to consume more fruits and vegetables. If you don't like to eat salads. No problem. Just make green smoothies and juice fresh fruits and vegetables. Once you cut out fat, you will burn off fat in no time. Protein from soy or beans and nuts can replace a lot of animal protein.
