Hello docs for 2 years i have an ache on my right up tummy, especially when i drink a heavy drink with alcohol even if i drink a little. i feel the ache only when i eat a lot or drink a lot of water.can it be related to pancreas?

Unlikely: You are possibly having stomach inflammation or mild stomach ulcer. Less likely to be pancreas related. Minimize alcohol, over the counter pain meds, excessive caffeine. Regular exercise and healthy diet. Can do a trial of omeprazole or equivalent acid reducing meds and see how you respond. If persists please get evaluated further.
