Not quite yet, but: We are getting far closer, and both meds and understanding is advancing at warp speed. Some of the best medicines are monoclonal antibodies and the newer b cell focused drugs are on the way. Most effective meds currently available include gilenya, tysabri, (natalizumab) and soon bg-12. The supplementation of vitamin d-3 improves ultimate outcomes.
