If you wish: Lots of conspiracy discussions online, mostly with profit motivations. You can listen to these so-called activists, and accept their theories, but to my knowledge, we have yet to find cures for MS, HIV, or many cancers. But several cancer cures are present, MS and HIV are controllable, and progress is being made across multiple fronts.

NO: I am a Pediatric oncologist and was a research scientist in my previous job. I can tell you with 100% certainty that when a scientist finds a valuable medication for a serious life threatening disease, it is published. Scientists are not under the control of drug companies.

No!: Believe me, if the drug companies or doctors had the cure, we'd be telling people! I believe most of us sincerely want to help those we care for, and we don't like seeing suffering and death any more than the next person. It's true that drug companies often seem to be all about profits, but even they wouldn't/couldn't keep that big a secret! Trust me, if a cure is developed, everyone will know!
