Still elusive, but: We are controlling the disorder far better, especially when using Tysabri (natalizumab) or Gilenya, plus vitamin D supplements. New drugs are on the horizon, and immune system treatments affecting B cells are an exciting new approach. Stay tuned, progress is rapid.

No cure but-: There is no cure yet, but it's being worked on. We are a lot closer than we were 10 years ago. There is hope! There has been some really interesting work recently from your country linking vitamin D to outbreaks of MS. Perhaps that is an important clue? It is at least something good to know about.
