Maybe: The comment about your lung bases specifically refers to your lungs and is actually irrelevant to whether or not you have a hernia. If you did have a hiatal hernia the radiologist should have commented on it directly. If there is no mention of a hernia, you probably don't have one. You can ask your doctor to review the ct scan with that specific question in mind if you want to be sure.
