HIghly variable: It is very variable depending on where the seizure starts and how much of the brain is involved. Some feel like jerking or burning in one part of the body, while others consist of a complete loss of awareness, sometimes preceded by an aura (rising sensation in the stomach, tingling, etc). If the seizure involves a convulsive spell, you can be confused and disoriented for some time afterward.
