Got me!: I am not sure that it is a medical term. The closest i can figure would be cox arthralgia - which also doesn't seem to be medical terminology. However, possibly two words are being strung together. Arthralgia is painful joint. Coccyx is the tail bone. I am wondering if this was used to describe pain of the tailbone.
