Get a watch: It is possible that your are starting to have contractions. Time how long they are lasting and how much time there is between contractions. Watch for your water breaking if it hasn't already. If this is your first baby, call the hospital and make your way to get there for evaluation. If your contractions last 1 minute and are 5 minutes apart, it may be time to have a baby!
