Pregnant with twins: First of all congratulations ! You should expect some back pain. Dizziness may be due to anemia, low blood sugar or low BP. At some point in your pregnancy the weight of the twins may cause pressure on the major vains in your abdomen when you lay down interfering with the return of blood to the heart causing dizziness. Typically lying on one side will relieve this problem. Get checked out.
