Possibly: The more women you have unprotected sex with, the more your risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease is. If you had unprotected sex once with a married woman, chances are that you will not get an std (unless she is promiscuous with many other men). This is all a numbers game: more encounters, more risk. The best rule of thumb is to always practice safe sex, so that you do not get std/hiv.
