Vaginal secretions: Hiv, the virus that causes aids, can be transmitted from woman to man via vaginal secretions infected with hiv. Hiv can enter through the man's urethra of the penis leading to HIV infection.

Uncircumcised: Men who are uncircumcised are at higher risk for acquiring HIV from vaginal sex than men who are circumcised. This is because the skin under the foreskin has cells that will attach to HIV and lead to infection. Any sores (herpes, syphilis) can also increase the risk that HIV will be transmitted.
