There are several standard management options to help induce ovulation in pcos/pcod: - diet, exercise, weight loss - Clomiphene citrate - letrozole - gonadotropins - ivf - ovarian drilling - +/- glucophage use of herbs have not undergone fda testing such as the management options above.
