How can u reduce the size of keloids. do they ever go away?

Stepwise approach: Avoidance of injury, pressure, massage, silicone gel sheeting, steroid injections, 5fu (fluorouracil) injections, surgery and/or radiation therapy are used in the management of keloids (roughly in that progression). Laser therapy is controversial.

Many options: Some scars can be improved with injections of medications, others can be improved with compression. Some require surgical excision followed by 3 radiation treatments. The specific treatment depends upon the size, location, and "activity" of the keloid.
