How to remove or reduce keloif scars or keloid pimples? any home remedies

None: Keloids occur after a cut, incision, scar due to inflammation. It is hard to remove them but there are no home remedies that work. The do can try cortisone shot. I have used the pixel resurfacing laser on some and it was effective. See the dermatologist. Don't mess with it at home-you will make it worse.

No home tx: Keloid scars sometimes respond to steroid injections. Some require excision. Radiation treatments have been used in some cases. Other than using gel sheeting or compression, there are not effective 'home remedies'.
