Losing Weight: Weight loss is not easy. I have found that the best way is a combination of cardiovascular exercise such as running or walking fast and dieting. You need to cut out the carbs. They are killers for weight. I found the South Beach Diet which cuts out carbs and eating more protein to be one of the best diets. Fruit with berries in the name are good. Tropical fruit is bad, too many carbs.
