I have extreme pain in my teeth?

Anything bring it on: Trauma? One tooth or all of your teeth? If upper back teeth only, do you have sinus problems/congestion? Moderate to severe dental pain often involves decay or fracture into the nerve of the tooth requiring root canal treatment or tooth extraction. See a dentist asap.

Easy answer: See a dentist for an evaluation. Extreme pain is often the body's way of letting you know that a problem exists.
