Lichen planus is a : Lichen planus is a self limited disease and normally resolves in 8-12 months. In most circumstances oral steroids such as zempred are not needed. Topical steroid creams, lotions and oils are much preferred.

Maybe or not: Lichen planus is a 'planus' with unknown reason and could be associated with an autoimmune disorder. Please seeing a dermatologist for proper treatment and referral.
