Lichen Planus: Lichen planus will wax and wane. It is a chronic rash of unknown cause with no cure, may be itchy and poorly understood by medicine. It can attack any skin related surface from mouth, outer skin to genital. It is important to keep it in check since it can have some serious complications. There are numbing rinses, use of steroids, to new medications.
