See a dermatologist: Lichen planus (LP) is not really curable, even oral lp. It is treatable and for many patients the problem "burns out" over time. First, be sure about the diagnosis and see a dermatologist, this is usually diagnosed by a biopsy. Next, adhere to treatment to give you the best chance at improvement. Finally, try not to be frustrated, LP is a chronic condition.

Lichen Planus: Lichen planus unfortunately is not curable. Treatment of symptoms and increasing time between flare ups is the focus of tx. Eliminate local exacerbating factors. Treat any sharp teeth or broken restorations or prostheses that are likely to cause physical trauma to areas of erythema or erosion by using conventional dental means. Scale the teeth to remove calculous deposits and reduce sharp edges gl.

No cure: There is no cure, just maintenance for lichen planus. Several dentists work with particular pharmacies to have a custom rinse made up for helping with the problem. Sometimes some meds may have to be administered in severe cases. I would consult your dentist or an oral surgeon.
