True "influenza" bronchitis can result in a chronic cough which may take weeks to completely resolve. See your physician for an exam and other testing (CT of chest ?) if this continues, and get tested for COVID even if fully vaccinated.

The chest pain may be related to coughing and musculoskeletal pain of the chest wall. A cough lasting longer than 3 weeks should be evaluated. This may include pulmonary testing and a chest image.
