Get tested: Need to make sure it is not Covid so get tested. Covid treatment may be different especially if chest and lung problems ongoing so you need to rule that out ASAP. If negative you may need other treatments like nebuliser, rest and plenty of liquids to help you recover, or even culture of sputum to get clearer diagnosis. Get tested.
