Yes: If the psoriasis on the scalp is significant and irritated the glands in your neck especially in the back of the neck can swell. The psoriasis can also be secondarily infected. Treatment can include topicals such as taclonex, nclobex, dmasmoothe fx, and keralyt gel. If necessary injections in the scalp can help.Since treatment needs to be individualized see a dermatologist.
