2 years and 3 months ago i got a head ct with and without contrast im now getting a mild headache can that be brain tumor caused by the ct radiation ?

No: First off, the amount of radiation from a head ct is very small. Less than the smiunt you get from the sun and cosmic rays in 1 year. Secondly, even if it were to cause that, it would take many many years.
