How about the rate of dvt reoccur?what should i do to prevent it?it's said the clot in right leg is more dangerous than left?is it real?

Talk to your doctor: The risk of DVT recurrence depends upon the setting for the original dvt. If it was "unprovoked", occurring without injury or surgery , the risk of recurrence over the course of a lifetime is moderately high. If it was provoked, then the risk is very low. Longterm treatment with an anticoagulant helps, but then the risk of bleeding may outweight the benefit. Right is no worse than left.
