My brother have sugar problem his sugar result is 350 your kindly please give us an advice to control his sugar.

He must see a doctor immediately , a coma will result unless treated now. Take him to a hospital or doctor now so his sugar level can be reduced dramatically.

It's difficult to control without medication(s). He needs to drink water at least 2 liters a day, cut down carbohydrate (sweetened foods or drinks, sweet fruits, rice, flour or beans) intake to at least 50% in the meantime. He needs to see a doctor ASAP. Doctor may prescribe injected medication (Insulin) first for overcoming pancreatic islet cell fatigue then gradually change to oral medication(s)
