Seek true food: Many times humans develop cravings when their nutritional needs are not being met. In nature, foods that are sweet or rich are laden with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. However in Western society, sweet and rich foods are vastly empty calories, devoid of nutrition. By seeking to eat true foods as occur in nature, especially whole plant-based foods, you will be satisfying your body's need.
