Go to ER: Your brother is sick. Take him to the hospital. His blood sugar may be higher or lower than that when blood glucose is tested. If he is losing his balance, that's not good. There are many possible causes, some serious, most treatable! but he does not to be seen now. Don't let him drive since he has trouble with balance and feels bad.
