Yes: In the early part of pregnancy the amount of Progesterone in your body increases which in turn can cause a slight temperature elevation to persist.

Little if any change: Body temperature is not monitored in early pregnancy unless infection is suspected. There is a fairly wide range for "normal". Some pregnant patients may notice a slight increase over baseline, but it is not clinically significant.

A 18-year-old female asked:

If you go to the doctors to early for a pregnancy test can it be wrong?

Just retest: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Discharge: Clear discharge without signs of vaginal itching or redness or pain is considered normal in pregnancy. Please consult your local gynecologist for an evaluation.
