Don't worry: Unless you spend an excessive amount of time in a hot tub or sauna it will be very difficult to raise your body temperature high enough to cause birth defects.

Too hot?: You would experience similar symptoms as when you are not pregnant. You may feel feverish, chills, body aches, head aches. You may also feel more tired and fatigued as well.
