No: Fever (defined as 100.4 f) or any elevated temperature is not a reliable predictor of pregnancy before a missed period or a positive pregnancy test. Later in pregnancy Progesterone may have a very slight thermiogenic effect (raising temperature) but this is not helpful before the next missed period.
