Won't work : Acyclovir is used for viruses like herpes. It will not do anything to the overgrowth of bacteria caused by bacterial vaginosis. You need antibiotics.

No: Acyclovir is an antiviral. It will not treat bv. This should not be self-diagnosed or self-treated. You need to see your dr / gyn for exam and prescription antibiotic.
