No: Acyclovir is an anti-viral medicine. Bacterial vaginosis is a synergistic infection involving g. Vaginalis and a number of other vaginal bacteria. Acyclovir has no activity against any bacteria.

NO, it will not: Acyclovir treats viral conditions like chicken pox, genital herpes, cold sores or shingles. It will not treat bacterial vaginosis or other bacterial infections.
