Gastritis: Do you mean " gastritis" if so, then it is an inflamation or mild irritation of the lining of the stomach; stress, certain bacteria( h.Pylori), medications like ibuprofen, Aspirin etc.. Can cause it, spicy/greasy foods can worsen symptoms ( burning sensation of stomach) it can progress to ulcer if not treated, avoiding sipcy food, alcohol, smoking. Medication such as ranitidine can help.
