Gastric pain is: Kind of broad. Upper abdomen, at night more, probably reflux. Try generic ranitidine first at 150 mg, then omeprazole. If lower abdomen, constipation, or alternating constipation, diahrea is called irritable bowel syndrome (ibs for short). There is the issue of getting a history, it may not be GI system, say a uti, ovarian cyst, gallbladder, but go w/ reflux first, always consider seeing doc.
