Likely nothing: Scoliosis usually appears & evolves quietly during the rapid growth period of adolescence. It stabilizes when growth stops so at 24 this is likely to be all there is & nothing more is expected. This curve is considered mild and likely has no effect on your health or wellbeing. There is no specific treatment for mild/stable curves. You can confirm this with your doc.
