Need Guidance: This is a very general question. With any type of pain you should be evaluated by your pcp who can then set up recommendations and/or he/she may have a physical therapist develop a home exercise program. Back pain can be caused by poor body mechanics, weight issues, deconditioning, sprains/strains or more serious issues involving the spine. Find out first why you have the back pain.
