1 to 3 months: Assuming the miscarriage happened in the 1st trimester then honestly, there is very little science to support waiting beyond one spontaneous menstrual cycle before attempting conception. You’ll hear a lot of advice to wait "3 cycles" but most of that is simply the magic of the number 3.
