Sxs enlarged tonsils: Enlarged tonsils may not cause symptoms. Tonsil enlargement may cause difficulty swallowing or breathing, snoring or obstructive sleep apnea. Sore throat is also a possible symptom.

Big Tonsils: Most folks with big tonsils don't have any symptoms at all. Some will experience a change in voice, snoring, or recurrent sore throat. Go see your doctor for an exam.
