Yes: Any lymphatic tissue such as tonsils and lymph nodes can be enlarged by hpv. If you have no risk factors for hpv such as IV drug abuse, homosexual or heterosexual intercourse, or body fluid exposure then very unlikely. Suggest blood test if you have risk factors and tonsillectomy if they continue to remain enlarged, get bigger, hurt chronically, interfere with swallowing or cause sleep apnea.
