Mostly benign things: In your age without a history of cancer, hepatitis, it is very unlikely to be any kind of cancer. The most common things would be cysts, hemangiomas or focal nodular hyperplasia, all are benign. It should have been able to be classified as a cyst by ultrasound, so it's probably not .Would get a followup in several months with a contrast enhanced mri. Prob need to work on diet for fatty liver.
